Korg PA588 Arranger Keyboard

Today we are going to review the Korg PA588 Arranger keyboard.  This keyboard is a professional  instrument with lots of sounds built in but it can also be used as a professional backup band given the myriad features and on board  instruments. Gone are the days where you actually require a full band with the power of this digital keyboard the band is contained in this one package.l

This is a serious piano keyboard and features tons of quality sound patches and its an excellent arranger at that. This keyboard features a multilayered stereo acoustic piano samples which has been sampled from a concert grand pian. The acoustic piano sound is very realistic.

the Korg PA588 Arranger features over 880 built-in sounds and over 56 drums sets which are prominently displayed on the display backlit screen.  Most stage pianos don’t usually come with the piano stand but this does.

The PA588 features 88 graded-hammer action. this whizbang keyboard comes with 320 preset sounds and styles that can be used to create your own band. The onboard sequencer can capture and allocate tracks to each of the music style elements giving you the opportunity to modify any of preset style instrument midi data.

The PA588 keyboard also features a guitar mode you allowing you to assign guitar sounds to the keyboard. And for the most demanding keyboardist, the sound samples have been recorded at many velocities which means you can have considerable control over touch response and nuances of each note in terms of volume.

The damper pedal features half pedaling which mimics that of an acoustic piano.
