Before the Electro 3 HP was released, I was a little underwhelmed by the light action. It felt okay while playing organ sounds, but when playing piano it just didn’t feel right. I’d definitely recommend getting the recently released hammer action (HP) version, especially if you’re really used to acoustic piano playing.

The new piano downloads are great. I am now fully satisfied with the Nord Electro 3. I do wish, however, it had presets!

hi, im looking for a keyboard, as most of you here are. im wondering whether to get a nord C2 or an Electro 3. im not a professional, but i hope i can bring it to a lot of gigs. im mostly interested in organ sounds, so im thinking more about the C2, but the electro is cheaper, and has more sounds. which one is more worth getting? thanks for all the help.

woot, thank you! I’ve finally came across a website where the owner knows what they’re talking about. You know how many results are in Google when I check.. too many! It’s so annoying having to go from page after page after page, wasting my day away with tons of owners just copying eachother’s articles… ugh. Anyway, thankyou for the information anyway, much appreciated.

This is a nice instrument, but has a weak piano, or at least not top notch. My Privia PX 330 has a much much better piano, and actually, the electric pianos in the Privia are close to the Nord. The organ in the Nord is amazing.

These guys make great synth sounds which aren’t available anywhere else.
